Website visits

This site adds no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or application cookies. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Browser or hosting authentication may apply to private previews.

Contact and waitlist forms

Forms collect your email address, optional name, selected project, message or hardware notes, and explicit consent. Contact and waitlist forms submit to this website. The server validates and stores accepted messages in a private hosted database so an email-service failure does not lose them. If email notifications are configured, the server uses Resend to notify contact@telegrahamtested.com. No form submission is redirected to FormSubmit. A waitlist entry is an interest notification sent to that inbox; it is not an account or a purchase.

The database stores your name, email, message or hardware notes, selected project, consent, submission time, reference and notification status. Records are available only through the owner’s authenticated site-management tools; there is no public message-list endpoint. Records are retained for responding to enquiries and managing stated project interest until the owner removes them or you request deletion. Email providers may retain their own delivery records. Do not include sensitive information. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, aquarium controller credentials or sensitive personal information.

Purpose and choices

Contact information is used to respond to your enquiry. Sentinel Alarm waitlist consent permits Sentinel Alarm development updates only. To withdraw interest or request deletion, email contact@telegrahamtested.com, use the contact form and select “Privacy request,” or reply to an update. You may need to verify ownership of the email address. Provider backup and operational retention can differ.

Aquarium data

These websites do not connect to your aquarium or collect aquarium telemetry. Each future project release will need its own documented data flow. Offline operation and cloud independence are not yet established for every project.

Service availability

A success message and reference mean your submission was stored, not that an email notification was delivered or read. If receipt cannot be confirmed, the form preserves your text and offers a direct email link. You can always contact contact@telegrahamtested.com directly.
